I'll be leaving for the hospital in a few minutes. I'm meeting Beth and Asher at 7:15. Surgery is scheduled for 9:10. I was told by another mom (someone from Curves) that they put the child out (sounds so bad) and then start their IV.
Tonsils and adnoids. Outpatient surgery. They say that minor surger is what happens to someone else. It's never minor when it's on you or someone you love.
I'll be back later to let you know how it goes.
(In the catagory of "When It Rains"...the laptop crashed last night. Screen went black and now nothing. It's getting harder to just smile through things.)
